Yes, a "bench" warrant and an arrest warrant are the same. A bench warrant is usually issued by the judge if someone is supposed to appear for court and doesn't show up. A judge will issue a bench warrant based on the failure to appear. As far as sending an officer, it will depend on the crime. If it is a misdemeanor, they won't send anyone. For a felony, that is a different story. If a misdemeanor, they will eventually get you if you are stopped for a traffic offense or some other matter.

a bench warrant is an arrest warrent to arrest you and make you appear in court.

They may or may not send an officer. They can merely wait till you get stoped for something else, It may depend on how seroius the offense is, how large a case load thier officers have.

yes they will a warrant is a warrant and they may not be so fixed on it but trust me they will show someday,just when ur not expecting
