I saw the first guy who said deeply religious people are insane. So thank you for your defense. But people like that, just will never understand until it is right in front of their face. They will have to see to believe, but then it will be too late. We are all sinners, saved by Grace.

Anyone that hears voices in their head are dillusional and mentally ill. This has nothing to do with truth, lies, or religion.
Anyone that believes the Bible literally is by it's very nature contradicting certain passages while following those that suit their own beliefs. Conceptually, there is a valuable message. Literally, well, requires stoning and other barbaric acts.
Anyone who feels they must judge themselves more worthy than another is missing the point of Christ's message.
Anyone that needs to shove their beliefs down the throats of others is a zealot, not a deeply religious person.
Anyone who believes their truth is more true than another's is ignorant and missing the many, many wonderful experiences of broadening awareness and growing.
I have no idea where you are at. Hopefully, none of the above.

3. We don't observe zombies crawling out of their graves and walking around.
4. We don't observe virgins giving birth to superheroes.
5. We don't observe fetus's leaping for joy.
6 .We can't see the entire world from any mountains.
7. We don't observe talking donkeys
8. We don't observe talking snakes.
9. We don't observe people living inside fish.
I could list a hundred more.

I'm a very religious person, but sometimes I find myself siding with the irreligious or non-religious people on here because I find some of the so-called Christians frightening, bigoted and superficial.

First off, I don't believe I've ever said that deeply religious people are insane. Secondly, no one lives a life free from lies. If you believe that, then you are lying to yourself.

There's no freedom from lies if I read the Bible regularly.
You are clearly very happy with your religion. Consider allowing others the dignity to be happy with other choices.

Is that supposed to be deep? It's drivel.
Deeply religious people are not (necessarily) insane, but they're clearly not speaking the truth.
