No.
There is no mystical 'Karma' that will cause him to get "paid back" for what he did to you, however if he treated you wrong he will probably treat someone else wrong and that person may do something to get back at him. It's not karma, it is (unfortunately) human nature. Kind of like you asking this question hoping someone will say: "yeah, he'll get his!"
I believe in people, people can make anything they want out of a relationship. or make a relationship stronger if they want to, or let a relationship diminish if they don't care. A relationship is something you work at to make it strong and something you work at to make it grow. There is nothing magical or mystical about relationships they're only as good as what you put into them.

I believe in karma, but not in the "you-cheated on-me so-someone's gonna-cheat on-you" sense.
Certainly, cheating is a terrible thing to do, but I think it's balanced out in the cosmic sense rather than the specific sense. Like, maybe they'll constantly be stressed out at work later in life because they cheated on you now. Or maybe their car will break down just when they need it most.
It sounds a little hippy-ish, but I think the universe is constantly churning, and what you put out there is what you swim in.

Definitely!
One ex dumped me when we were teens because I wouldn't sleep with him. I wasn't ready and something told me he wasn't the one. Years later, he's a drug addict and has three kids by three different women. (Always trust your instincts!)
Another ex cheated on me with the campus ho. Years later, he got played by woman after woman. Used big time. Oh, and he's VERY ugly now. Not sure why I didn't see that before.
In the end, all of my exes have tried to get back with me at some point. Regrets, blah, blah. Whatever. NEXT!

No. Though I suppose 2 wrong-doers deserve each other.
I believe when you do good, you get good. The trick is knowing when/who/what to do good with.
