Well here was the deal...it was one of those half baths but the fan was broken and I didn't want to be in the this small bathroom and it get all stinky b/c I was having diarreah. So i left the door open to "air" things out. Well this was at my girlfriend's mom's house and she walked by and saw me and unfortunately heard me (mushy turds hitting the water in the toilet - sorry don't know how else to make it sound more clean) Well she was very upset and started freaking out on me. I told her about the fan being broke and she didn't care...she said I could have used the bathroom upstairs. However, when you have the runs you got to go. My girlfriend said she hasn't been that embarassed in a long time. I don't see why she was embarassed being that it was me on the toilet. My girlfriend wants me to apologize but I don't think I was being rude but I figured I could get some objective opinions in case I'm wrong.

Okay first of all you were not at your house. The respectful thing
was to do was to close the bathroom door. open up the window
Dude!! No one wants to smell your ****, I would of got pissed off
at you, if you were my nephews Friend and you came over and took a **** with the door opened. I would of been cursing you out.
You should apologise to her mother cause that was disrepectful
of you. Besides if you want to continue intering your girl-freind
house then apologise. It's not going to hurt you is it? And next time you take a ****, just remember you close the door behind you, no matter what.

well damn u are taking a dump in someone's house..not ur own house..atleast close the door..who cares if hte fan is broken..u want other ppl besides ur gf to walk in on u and see u taking a dump? wouldn't that be kinda rude i mean..u didnt even think of her parents maybe they would mind? so ya ur a jackass for doing that haha its fine to do it at ur own place but dont do it at other ppl's house unless they told u the fan is broke and u can leae hte door open.. theres a time and place for that mr "i dont care what ppl think"..have respect for her parents and close the door.

I agree with the people that're in your corner on this one (first off, though, this was the funniest damn question I've EVER read on yahoo answers. Holy crap I was laughing OUT LOUD!!). I'd never wnat to be in your shoes, but just apologize. It'd make your life easier (no matter how uncomfortable it is). But it makes me laugh thinking of how the heck you're going to apologize . . . what're you going to say? Wow, this was funny!

Yes I think you are wrong.When you go out of a room you should automatically shut the door.It is a strictly discipline of your gf's mother.It is better if you ask your gf how is the habit and the discipline of her parents. before you meet them.But I think you have done a right thing after you knew she was angry,you asked for forgiveness .But remind do not do the same foolish thing in their house.

lol....thats hilarious, i honestly am neutral on this one, you got point, i mean last thing you want to do is stink up the RR but actually no last thing you want to do is be seen (and heard) on the toilet seat by your gf's mom, its really more rude then stinking up the RR, its not like the mom would have come and complained for stinking up the RR she would have just thought it was gross behind your back, and you wouldn't have this choice of weather to apologize or not.

You should just apologize anyway. That's the best thing to do. And if the Mom doesn't accept. Well then she's a psycho and you should then be all like "Screw her, I tried and she wants to be a ***** about this."
