sometimes when im on the bus this boy is always staring at me and ive caught him a lot doing that and when i look at him he still looks at me or turns the other way, we talk all the time in school and when i see him out side off school he be staring at me then too and when he ask's a question he'll keep asking me till i answer him

he probably likes you. do you like him? if so spark up a convo and make plans after school. Sit with him on the bus. Boys can do some pretty awkward and silly things to get you to notice them. Good luck .
