Atheists...did you know that there is a group within you that are giving you a very very bad name. They mock and blaspheme and incite hatred towards you by their not giving us the respect as believers that you want as atheists ? Did you know that you are suffering because of their behavior ? Yes, I do realize that... and it saddens me to no end. But in every group of people there are ones who set a bad example and make everyone else suffer because of thier behaviour. The same is true for any religion and it will never end because there will always be ignorant, narrow-minded people in the world.....
Just to clarify I am not an athiest, but an agnostic spiritualist doesnt matter though I still get grouped with athiests..

Goes both ways honey. There are Christians on here who do the same thing. They mock every other religion on here. There will always be someone in a group doing something to ruin the reputaion of the group.

Athiests do not subscribe to a certain set of beliefs.
No leader, no set rules.
That's like saying moron Americans give the rest of us a bad name. It may be true, but we don't warrant the label. What are we supposed to do, fight with every bad mannered American?
I'd rather accept the other athiets for whatever they have to offer and rage against the sying of thought.

Like we don't get insulted and threatened by christians almost every day! Called fools, Told we will burned in hell. Called evil.
You need to look at your own camp before you condemn others.
I think you should look at which group is the minority and which one is doing the descrimination, If you lived in 1930's Germany would you be complaining about Jews being rude to NAZIS. I think you would.

You try to make a point to stop the polarization, and only create more polarization. However, keep trying. And, quite rightly, you should have said, "Atheists and Over-Bearing Christians or Zealots of any Creed".

It is the same as the Christian zealots that mock and evangelize. They criticize anything that doesn't conform to a literal reading of the bible.

The good think about being an atheist is they don't care what other people believe. Why would they care if they got a bad name? Do you think that if they got a bad name that they would change their beliefs? Nope. If you don't like these "bad mouthers" pick on them.

I am agnostic. I cant explain anything but not secure enought to be an atheist. That said I CANT STAND VICTIMS OF MONTHEISM.
