OKAY..BEEN THERE SEEN THIS.... If in fact it is white of eye les wory than colored part. If colored part could be more serios troubles.

Next, is this kitty indoor or outdoor? More potential issues with infections if outdoor than with indoor.

Secondly, rinse rinse & rinse the dogs eye with a 20% solution of salt water (preferrably room temperature) even if it has stopped bleeding & rinse it every day. Lots & lots to rinse out any "ookiness"

If in 48 hours you nitice any kind of swelling or weeping from the area, then you MUST take the dog to the vet.

IF you take the dog to the vet, then explain exactly when you will be able to pay & set up payment arrangements

Cats dogs do this... if they are to co-exist, you must reprehand the instigator of the trouble..............

As long as it's not bleeding badly, your dog should be fine. If the scratch is only in the white area, there really isn't any risk of him going blind. His eye may be sore for a few days, but nothing serious. Clean the cut with some water, and make sure his eye stays clean. If the cut is deep, you might want to watch for infection, but I wouldn't worry too much. I work with a vet, so I see this stuff from time to time. I hope he gets better!

If the eye has not collapsed then chances are the worst that could happen overnight is an infection. The bad news is that an infection from a cat scratch could cause the dog to lose his eye. Get the dog to a vet for some antibiotics. It shouldn't be too expensive. They probably will not be doing any kind of surgery and may not even feel a bandage is necessary but an antibiotic is definitely needed.

Clean it out by flushing water in it. No he will not go blind since the scratch was on the white part of the eye. If it were on the color part he'd need to see a vet right away. You'll still have to see a vet to make sure it doesn't get infected because then he could go blind. The vet will give you anti-biotic ointment.

Take him to the vet to make sure that he doesn't have any eye damage. This could cause blindness if left untreated. It could also become infected. The vet will be able to give you some drops to ease his pain. I understand that you have no money. Just explain this to the vet and ask if you can pay later. There is one out there that will work with you. They know the severity of the situation.

Like others have said, call your vet and explain the situation. He can at least advise you on what you can do,
BTW - a friend has a cat who has what looks like a scar across one of his eyes which he has had since we found him. I don't know if he is truly blind or can partially see out of that eye but he is otherwise healthy.

Take your dog to the vet. I'm sure he will wait till you get paid before he will expect a payment. They usually will send you a bill at the end of the month. The dogs eye is more important at the moment.

Have a great day!

Clean it out with warm watter then cover it with a patch. A big patch so it cant get it off and cant move its eye. After time even a vet cant help. Take it to a vet and tell them you can pay payday and maybe if you keep them there they will agree to fix the dog up. Ours does.

Don't worry, he won't go blind.
It will just be an annoyance or even a little painful.

I would try to rinse the eye with warm water and call the vet in the morning. They should be able to tell you what else can help him.

You need to get your dog to a vet. If the bleeding has stopped it can wait until morning but cat's have unusual bacteria that are highly likely to cause infection so it probaby needs treated with topical and or oral antibiotics.
