If they can come to this country to raise Hell and
demonstration by the thousands, Why can't they take
charge over the corruption in their own country?

We are a bunch of fools for letting this continue.

THE U.S. VS MEXICO: On February 15, 1998, the
U.S. and Mexican soccer teams met at the Los Angeles
Coliseum. The crowd was overwhelmingly pro-Mexican
even though most lived in this country. They booed
during the National Anthem and U.S. flags were held
upside down. As the match progressed, supporters of
the U.S. team were insulted, pelted with projectiles,
punched and spat upon. Beer and trash were thrown at
the U.S. players before and after the match. The
coach of the U.S. team, Steve Sampson said, "This was
the most painful experience I have ever had in this
profession."

Did you know that immigrants from Mexico and other
non-European countries can come to this country and
get preferences in jobs, education, and government
contracts? It's called affirmative action or racial
privilege. The Emperor of Japan or the President of
Mexico could migrate here and immediately be eligible
for special rights unavailable for Americans of
European descent.

Recently, a vote was taken in the U.S. Congress to
end this practice. It was defeated. Every single
Democratic senator except Ernest Hollings voted to
maintain special privileges for Hispanic, Asian and
African immigrants. They were joined by thirteen
Republicans. Bill Clinton and Al Gore have repeatedly
stated that they believe that massive immigration from
countries like Mexico is good. They have also backed
special privileges for these immigrants.

Corporate America has signed on to the idea that
minorities and third world immigrants should get
special, privileged status. Some examples are Exxon,
Texaco, Merrill Lynch, Boeing, Paine Weber, Starbucks
and many more.

DID YOU KNOW?: That Mexico regularly intercedes
on the side of the defense in criminal cases involving
Mexican nationals? Did you know that Mexico has NEVER
extradited a Mexican national accused of murder in the
U.S. in spite of agreements to do so? According to
the L.A. Times, Orange County, California is home to
275 gangs with 17,000 members; 98% of which are
Mexican and Asian. How's your county doing?

According to a New York Times article dated May
19, 1994, 20 years after the great influx of legal
immigrants from Southeast Asia, 30% are still on
welfare compared to 8% of households nationwide. A
Wall Street Journal editorial dated December 5, 1994
quotes law enforcement officials as stating that Asian
mobsters are the "greatest criminal challenge the
country faces." Not bad for a group that is still
under 5% of the population.

Is education important to you? Here are the words
of a teacher who spent over 20 years in the Los
Angeles School system. "Imagine teachers in classes
containing 30-40 students of widely varying attention
spans and motivation, many of whom aren't fluent in
English. Educators seek learning materials likely to
reach the majority of students and that means fewer
words and math problems and more pictures and
multicultural references."

WHEN I WAS YOUNG: I remember hearing about the
immigrants that came through Ellis Island. They
wanted to learn English. They wanted to breathe free.
They wanted to become Americans. Now, far too many
immigrants come here with demands. They demand to be
taught in their own language. They demand special
privileges--affirmative action. They demand ethnic
studies that glorify their culture.

Some employers will engaged those illegal immigrators because their wages are very low , like this then will be to affect the American in the market competitive ability, on the other hand some of those illegal immigrators don’t have work, they will be became a perpetrator, will be affect local people safety , and then the government need more police to catch them.

We limit the number of poor immigrants who can come because, even if they pay all taxes they owe, poor people just don't pay nearly as much in taxes as they take out of the system in education, health care and other services. We do allow some poor immigrants (as many countries don't) but those who come illegally are budget busters who are degrading our schools, health care and other services for our own people. Their better life is at the expense of our children, our sick and our poor.

When the numbers were smaller, we could stretch to cover some, but the numbers of illegals are now so large that schools are failing in our border states and in areas where illegals concentrate, and emergency rooms are closing.

Not all that much, despite the hysteria of Republicans looking for an election-year wedge issue and bigots who automatically dislike anyone who doesn't look and sound like they do.

Oh yeah, illegal immigration also gives the Republicans and their sympathizers something else to blame on Bill Clinton, as if it's his fault even though he's been out of office 6 years and Bush The Lesser is a total waste product.

You've heard it before, how the immigrants of a century ago, came to this country under legal auspices, found work and became American citizens of which this country is proud. They gave us their culture and many contributions.

Illegals, on the other hand, sneak into our country and expect handouts and preferential treatment, which unfortunately, they've gotten. They've taken jobs away from citizens and are even entitled to Social Security. They don't want to learn our language, but we're supposed to learn Spanish -- you see it everywhere, signs, package directions -- all en espanol. It's been rumored that eventually they will take over the entire nation.

I have nothing personal against Hispanic people. The ones who are in the country legally are some very honorable individuals. I owe my life to a group of young Mexican boys who helped my husband and me when we were in a bad accident last year.

My gripe is mostly against a government who allows illegals to take money away from senior citizens who have worked all their lives so they can have a retirement free of worry and stress. The government is always crying how the funds are going to be depleted, but what do they do? They're giving it away to people who aren't even citizens here.

Obviously, every illegal immigrant influences his or her environment differently. While one person may move to Maine, wash dishes for low wages and give generously to charity, another may move to Arkansas and join a gang.

Coincidentally, these options are also open to, and frequently taken by, people who were born in America.

It's just impossible to talk of "illegal immigrants" as a whole, because each of them brings different culture, food, ideas, work ethic, family members, long-term plans, values, religion ..... don't forget, there are British, Canadian, Australian, Indian people here too working illegally, people whose first language is English. They are going to have vastly different advantages, opportunities and effects on the community around them. So, when you think of the dishwasher in Maine, the gang member in Arkansas, and the British girl working as a pole dancer in Vegas for cash .... you are thinking of three very different worlds.

Last thing to remember: the health care system and welfare system here are not enough to live on. People aren't coming here to leech off them, because it is a life of desperate and unhealthy poverty.

Socially, they are another issue that people are divided on.
Economically, they take jobs, require housing causing rents to go up, they have children which need to be supported through welfare, who are also American citizens.
politically? It's one more issue for lawmakers to argue over and never come to an agreement on.
