means he hasnt felt this way either for a long time or never about anyone, that he wants it to be a serious relationship and wants to really work on it to make it long term. hes hoping you feel the same way. he wants to make it clear hes not going anywhere unless you dont feel the same, but hes willing to make this a serious relationship if you are. Hes not yet in love with you, but is surely on his way.

It means he like someone but at the same time why he refuse himself to like her sometime i think there are two type of people in the world those who really would like to response early and those who dont like to make a decision. I like you alot? not an difficult to say i like you every body says i like you alot but the which we need to do that we have to stay we have to wait for result for answer from the other side.Most of time people do the reply but they don't act on it they dont keep promise for ever. They just use to it for personal matters and through it as the garbge or spare thing the which is not useable anymore. People believe it but not do it as they say i like you alot please dont get expolite, dare, deceive, and dont hurt with behaviour to others like u cant keep it just make up your mind that what actually you want to each other and can you do can you handle can you keep it serciously. So think before you speak i like you alot cause something is better than nothing. I u cant then dont go for it. Just leave it on its own. You're a half-decent substitute, and if a real stormer doesn't come into my life in the near or distant future, then you'll have to do. If any male (or even female, bedamned) feels the need to give me a thumbs down, then I suspect at LEAST 75% of the former has played the gamble...I know I have - it may have been 27 years ago, but it makes it not any less scuzzy.

good question, I recently had one tell me I love you to death, I think you are great, and if things don't go any futher I want to stay friends but I have alot of feelings for you or I wouldn't be here. what is that?
