PASTURIZED (BOILED AS BEFORE ) WHOLE MILK IS THE BEST!!

we've been taxed on -our earnings,habits,and pleasure's.

and for those of you under the age of 30 !
your milk is a problem !!
reason is nobody reads the label !!
have you noticed that all the natural nutrient's in milk have been replaced by addative-vitamins and minerals ????
all the natural - are extracted and used for all the (expensive cheese, and other DAIRY products !!
be honest and ask yourself -when was the last time i tasted the skim on a hot choclate !
or better ! are the curds (natural ) on my corn-flakes- why isn't my sauce creamy ? why do i have to add-HEAVY-CREAM ?

i imagine you ought to be which skill nonfat milk compared to two% when you consider that 2% is low fat. both sorts of milk have an same foodstuff, only one has about 4 grams of fat in accordance to cup at the same time as the different has none.

... since low fat (1%) / non fat / skim milk has less fat than 2% milk, but the same nutrients, it is healthier for you... less fat + same nutrition = :)
... but beware, skim milk tastes quite watery and you need to develop a taste for it; 1% isn't quite as watery so you might want to take the 1% as a first step to skim
... good luck

whole milk best, 2% on diet, non fat pretty much worthless for cooking or drinking. Hint for good mashed potatoes, cut and cook potatoes, reserve some of cooking liquid, add a bit of powdered mashed potato mix, margarine, and use the reserved cooking liquid for the right consistency for the mashined potatoes. Can also do the same with powdered mild.
