If you want to minimize the fat in your diet, then go with low fat or Fat Free milk. 2 % Milk still has a significant amount of milk fat in it. The vitamins and minerals should be equal.

Low fat is 2% milk. Skim Milk would be healthier.

I think you must be meaning nonfat milk compared to 2% since 2% is low fat. Both types of milk have the same nutrients, just one has about 4 grams of fat per cup while the other has none.

Milk with a fat content of 2% is not much healthier when you consider that whole milk contains 3% fat.

Skim milk is your best bet. It does no fat.

Neither, milk is mostly puss from the utters of the cow because of the horrible conditions most cows are forced into. If you have to drink milk, go buy organic. Remember, cow milk is for baby cows, not humans.

2% is a type of lowfat milk. 1% has less fat than 2%. That should be enough for you.
