the cow one i can understand. they must have linked a baby calf's suckling, to human babies suckling on their mommas.
a drink is a drink is a drink. right?? ha ha.
the egg out of the bum?? don't know about that one. it was probably one of those things that happened on accident. or maybe someone saw other animals eating them and decided to give it a try??? who knows??

a caveman that noticed another animal eating chicken eggs :)
somebody that took notice in the fact that a calf grows big and strong by sucking whatever those dangling things have to produce
or
somebody that put two and two together and made the connection between growing human babies and growing calves: they all must suck milk from their mother in order to grow, therefor the dangling things might produce cow milk. And if it's good for a calf, maybe it's good for humans, too. I suppose when cavemen got really hungry, anything tasted better than nothing
