A wave iron or a wet set with wave rods. You also could cornrow or braid your hair, using setting lotion. After it's dry, take it out and Voila... you have crinkles!

I used this machine you put your hair through it and keep it there for three min. But it was pretty expensive. But there was no risk of damaging your hair. Now I straiten my hair.

wave clips, you can find them at any beauty supply, you can also braid up your hair and then take it out ,put some oil sheen on it. :)

they have those plates. like its like a striaghtener but the metal thing is like wavy.
