Put on rubber gloves. Dont' touch the blood or cat. Bag it, take it to the vet for testing.
Clean everything with chlorox and water solution, strong to kill germs. Have everyone wash. Shampoo carpets, clean floors.
After the vet determines cause of death, you can bury it. Sorry to read of your loss.

If you're going to wait until tomorrow to either take to the vet for disposal or bury it (when you have some day light), you should put in in a thick plastic bag and put it in the freezer so it won't start decaying and stinking or drawing vultures.
Check with the neighbors--has anyone else had this happen to their kitten. Do you think someone in your neighborhood poisoned it, or did harm to it? Also, call the vet and ask what could have made your kitten bleed to death. This doesn't sound normal.
I'm sorry about your kitten and that you had to go through such a traumatic experience.

for starters I am sorry to hear of your loss & that a young person had to find this...
Next... my first recommendation is to take the body to the vet. If you aren't willing to do this, then bury it... DEEP..... If you have other animals, it is imparative that you take the body to the vet BEFORE you bury it.
Then, clean the area with PEROXIDE.. any vet or nurse or MD will tell you that peroxide is THE BEST for cleaning BLOOD
If peroxide doesn't get it out, then try Clorox 10% solution with water... but only after 100% peroxide doesn't work & only after three days to let peroxide settle down before adding in Clorox.
Usually bleeding to death involves an ulcer, a laceration or worms depending on where the bleeding came from.....

Lets see you have a kitten that just bled to death, with to apparent wound. You have blood everywhere, you have a screaming 9 year old on your hands and yet you get on the computer and ask, "What do I do???" Right! I believe that!
You're sick!

People are actually answering your question. Why are you on the computer, if you need to ask here you got a problem. This did not happen, Rejected question. Idiot question. Blood and crying does not fool some of us.

If this was true and I highy doubt since if I was you I wouldn't be playing on a computer you should double check under your kitchen sink for poisonous chemicals or rat poisoning (they are a anti-coagulent - bleed to death) I would also have your head checked for not kitten proofing your house or thinking up a disgusting question (Sociopath)

Take it to a vet tomorrow and have them dispose of the carcass. You're just going to have to clean the blood.

If the cat is dead, bury it and say a few words out of respect. Then you can worry about the mess. I'm sorry for your loss.
