A few weeks after we started going out I told her I didn't want her going into chat rooms because I didn't want her talking to other guys. Well lately, she says she really misses it and she just wants to go to a women's chat room to discuss some things on there. I'm still skeptical b/c I bet men will be in there. She says she promises she won't talk to any guys. Should I let her?

First of all you seem to be very untrusting of her and thats not good cause if you cant trust her than why be with her. my ex bf was just like that in fact he wouldnt let me go to chat rooms without him by my side and he never trusted me and i was with him for two years and never cheated on him or talked to other guys even when i had the chance. and you probable wont choose this as the best answer because your gonna get mad at what im saying but i really dont care.......your a frikkin jerk and need to realize you cant control a woman and even if she stays with you for a little while it wont last because u cant trust her.

1. If you don't trust her, then why are you with her?
2. You don't own her- so don't tell her what you will and won't let her do. That's the beginning of a slippery slope which leads to an abusive relationship...

actually it should be her decision anyway not yr say so on it. she is an individual and she should still be able to do the things she liked to do before. its a matter of trusting her. trust and respect are at the top of the list for a good relationship. read tips on dating and more on this site
