*sigh* I have a used cat. I got him from a friend who was moving, so his weirdness WASN'T caused by us! He licks plastic grocery bags. He licks walls. He licks photos until he licks a hole in them. He ignores chicken, but begs for potato peels. He howls in the middle of the night. He howls when things change - like when the kids are home from school, he howls when it should be time for them to be getting up and going to school. Once he gets used to them being home, he howls when they leave for school. If someone sleeps later than usual, he howls. And he barks - yes, BARKS - at birds. He's a Siamese. Any questions?

One of my cats likes to drink out of the toilet...but I won't let him because when he did it before he got sick from it. He also likes to drink from the bathtub faucet when I have it with a small flow of water. My other cat liked to bat at the water bowls til the water was all over the floor and not in the bowl. I got a water fountain for pets to counteract that and that helps usually but there is sometimes water on the floor still! Also, my one cat likes to be near me even when I am on the computer and will actually jump up on the desk and lay behind the monitor. Sometimes he will chew on the computer cord but if he does that it is because he wants to be fed. At that point I either feed him or lock him out of the room where the computer is because it is not time for him to eat yet. He does it mostly for attention.

hi, i understand the sensation. attempt to get those all fastened as straight away as poss or you will start up getting overrun. I on the instant have 13 and that's touching directly to the shrink ( yet i'm a sucker for a real emergency ) confirm you have adequate muddle trays ! BTW a loopy cat female lives around the corner from me - very final I heard she had sixty 3 cats and kittens, an airlock affiliation with exterior doors and a conservatory basically for them. interior the main significant nicely-enjoyed climate she keeps the domicile domicile windows close to to end them getting out and none of them are neutered.

My new kitten Daphne likes to watch tv, tonight she was watching my exercise video and pawing at the ladies legs going up and down. My older cat Tabitha always drops her toys in her food and water bowls, sometime there's so many in there you can't see the food. She also likes to shred toilet rolls. My middle cat Elsa chases little fur mice and brings them back for me to throw again, like a dog with a stick. cute.

I have a siamese that likes to go "rug surfing" we have a throw rug with no rubber back on it in the doorway to the kitchen. She will wind up and take a running jump at it and then slide across the kitchen floor, then she meows at us until we put it back so she can do it again! I have another cat that likes to sleep in the bathroom sink.

Baby stands on the seat and watches the toilet flush. He also will let out a siamese curse and run, head down, tail curved down behind (but not between legs) the length of our house and then wander back into the living room with this 'huh, something happen?' look on his face...begs for food then shakes his right paw (always the right one) and walks away without eating it, but comes back later and eats. Captain Worf insists on standing on his head on daddy's feet, and nips him on the knee if he doesn't pet him enough. Skwitt lies on her back with her 'arms' crossed over her chest and her 'legs' straight out just like a 'laid out' human...begs for ice cubes when we go to the ice maker - not to eat, to play with...insists on sleeping IN the headboard of the bed...this could go on forever!

I have two male, neutered cats, and their antics are constantly making me laugh. They sleep entwined around each other. Then they will wake up and chase each other around the house, and then they will go back to sleep entwined around each other. They will sit like statues, nose to nose, and I swear they are communicating with each other. They love cheese. But mostly, and this surprises me, they just love to cuddle with me. If I sit down or lie down, one or the other will climb up on me and take a nap, purring all the time. They give me such joy.

Sleeps 24 hours a day with his tongue sticking out of his mouth. He is stiff as a board. You would think that at 18 years old he would have a little bit of animation left in him. But he has been like this for two years. He doesn't even eat or go to the litter box anymore.
I miss him.

i have two cats. one night i woke up to yowling and hissing, and i yelled at them to stop fighting. i rolled over, and one of my cats was right next to me. the noises were coming from my other cat, who was having a fight with herself.
she also gets REALLY REALLY upset with lights on the ceiling, like if a car goes by at night. she'll look at them and cry. we moved to a place with a ceiling fan in the kitchen, which makes spinning shadows on the ceiling, and she wouldn't go in there for a week.
