Yeah, it will be softer, because when you brush your hair, you stimulate your scalp, which in turn, produces more oil. But, you need to use a wide-toothed brush or comb, or you'll be getting split ends like crazy. For softer hair, a good tip is to rinse your conditioner out with cold water. It works.

the reason that alot of brushing is good for the hair is because when you brush it ,,you are distributing the natural oils on the scalp to the ends of the hair..that's why it looks shiny and feels softer,..

You need to use a pure boar bristle brush, (pig hair) I guarantee it will make a difference as to the amount of shine you get (more) and the condition of your scalp. As with anything, don't over do it.50 to 250 brushes a day, should be plenty. Some people do 500 a day with a boar bristle brush. But like I say, don't over do it.

First of all "a lot" is 2 words. If you brush too much, it will break the hairs & cause split ends or even baldness.

certain rigidity will do this honey. attempt to de-rigidity, breath deap, bypass for lengthy walks, baths and take a good nutrition B multi - would help you with the stress. attempt having a shorter type till eventually your hair stops falling out. Dont freak out - if it doesnt supply up in some weeks see your accepted practitioner it could be a better extreme medical situation yet attempt to destress first.

over-stimulation of sebaceous glands in the scalp, hair breakage, split ends, irritated scalp...
gently washing and conditioning make your hair softer. too much brushing is abuse.

brushing your hair frequently makes it grow faster and may cause split ends depending on hair type.

i agree w. gilly. but i tell u one thing, once i had a really bad perm, my hair fried badly, so i mixed mayonaise w/ 1 egg into a paste and applied to damp or dry hair, leave on for 20 minutes (like a hair mask) then wash the regular way. your hair will not smell like eggs. and i know it sounds gross, but it really works
