I have a teen BMI of 25.1 and am in the 88th percentile. I used to weigh 175 and have been working out in the morning and night for about 30 min in the morning and about an 1+ hour at night. I am also eating better and less in general. Is it possible for me to be 6 pack abs and no flab on my chest or anywhere else by the end of this year?

Yes, it sounds like you are well on your way. Congratulations on what you are doing, keep up the good work. No butter or cheese, no oils, no fatty meats, do modified crunches (the kind that protect your lower back from too much stressing) and you will be 6 pak city by New Years.

Working out in the right way, and eating correctly, eating more vegetables, salads, white meat in small portions, drinking lots of water, yes I am sure you will get it.

As long as you take in less calories than you burn, you WILL lose weight! Cut your calories, exercise daily (hard enough to break a sweat) and drink plenty of water!
