Pro-choice because I believe in freedom of choice, mainly. But I also know that if someone is not ready to have a child, yet they are forced to, that child will have a bad childhood, therefore having a bad life and living in poverty throughout his life. Plus, most of the argument by pro-life people are just un-proven religious words.
I wish I could say more or have more of an impact, but this is more for a debate rather than an answer. All I can say is that there are so many more benefits from allowing abortion than there is from the religious people.
If only they could close their eyes and imagine an overpopulated world filled with uneducated, homeless people suffering from depression and diseases. It kinda reminds you of the GREAT DEPRESSION, doesn't it?!?!

Pro choice for everyone else, pro life for myself. I believe that the government should have no control over what a woman does with her body, but I personally could not make the decision to abort a baby. When I got pregnant, as soon as I found out, I felt like I had a living human being inside of me. After they were born, they became the most angelic yet mischievous humans on this planet! So I stand firm on that!

My opinion about it is rather jumbled, so I'll explain it as best as I can.
Certainly, we should avoid trying to kill life, but I don't respect all life, I eat animals without any remorse whatsoever, and so what's the difference? Clearly, sentient intelligence. However, in this state they hardly have any superiority to animals, one would find it quite extraordinary to see a fetus speak, but the same can be said of a baby, certainly no one would kill a young baby simply because it doesn't yet have knowledge, becaue it's understood that it will eventually become a functioning person, so then, could not the same be said for the fetus? But at what point does one draw the line? I mean, certainly, that same logic could be applied to sperm cells, but that's just silly, certainly I can't be expected to not masturbate, and certainly God wouldn't have created a design where we naturally have nocturnal emissions if that was a problem, nor would I believe miscarriages would occur naturally. So at what point does the compilation of cells become a life that we must respect? I'd say this would be at the point when the fetus develops brain cells, or, the beggining of the second trimester of pregnancy. This is the most reasonable compromise, and certainly, should prove best, because no child can suffer a worse fate than to be born to unprepared or unwilling parents.

Pro life, though I understand in some situation where it may be pro choice. I fell that abortion, is wrong. It's killing a life. That life may not be full developed, but it's still a life. Not to mention that there are certain cases where girl who are pregnant get forced to have an abortion either by parent/guardian or from the father of the child's parents. (I know of way too many situations like this)
I would like to see some kind of development in science, where it would be possible to retrieve the fetus and then put in some sort of womb like atmosphere, which would allow the fetus (baby) to grow and fully develop. If no one wants to have the baby, at least then this way, they wouldn't have to kill it.

I am definitely pro choice. I love children, but I have seen too many suffer, abused, sexually, physically and mentally. I was a foster parent and had over 52 kids come through my home. I have read partial cases that would put you into tears in an instant, or make you throw up just as fast. Why make the children suffer? My Brother gets mad and says I am wrong. He says adoption. Take a good long look just in your state how many children are in foster care, how many children are available for adoption. Look at the teenagers available for adoption that have been available for years. So they continue to suffer thinking nobody wants them, they aren't good enough to love or have a family. It's horrible. I have seen a lot, and I will never change my view. I think to myself, are they better off not being born, or living the abusive life they have led? Also, keep this in mind...what about rape? What about a 13 year old girl that has been molested by her Father or her Brother, or Uncle? Should she have to have that child. And would you want to explain to that child who their Father is? How about a case of rape where the woman now finds out she has aids? There are a lot of sick things that happen in this world.

For everyone that argues that everyone should be able to chose about how they treat their own body needs to think about that answer a little more.
You have a choice of how you treat your body. You can be smart about situations, use several forms of birth control to protect yourself, and know that even still it is somewhat of a risk of getting pregnant-THAT IS YOUR CHOICE!!!!
If you get pregnant it is not JUST YOUR BODY, it is now someone elses, another persons whether you like it or not. So take some responsibility for your CHOICE and accept the consequence (or blessing).

Pro choice, because I feel it is the right for every woman to say what goes on with HER body. That includes, birth control method, whether she WANTS to have sex or not, abortion, adoption, or raising the child. That IS what Pro Choice is about, Pro choice does NOT mean pro abortion.

Pro-choice. Only the parents know all the specifics, and should be the ones to make any decision regarding abortion. The Government has no issue in it and should keep their noses out of it.

Pro-life. I won't try to change anyone's opinion, but I do believe that if a couple can have sexual intercourse irresponsibly, that they should cherish the life they created. Abortion leaves the mother with feelings of guilt, shame, or even suicidal thoughts.... Abortion should only be used in cases of rape.
