Yes it is wrong to cheat on someone after they have cheated on you. While it may make you feel good that you can get other people and that you can do the same thing that your significant other did to you, it just doesn't make any sense. If you cannot forgive your bf/gf for cheating on you, you should move on. You are wasting both of your time by staying in a relationship that you do not want to be in.

First you should ask yourself this question, "will cheating on this person make my pain go away?" I think not. It was wrong of that person to cheat on you in the first place but you returning the favour isn't going to make things right. If you can find it in heart to forgive this person then you can try and make a fresh start, if not...move on sweetie but forget about the cheating.

Yes. That's like going down to their level and making a complicated situation worse. If someone cheated on you, just move on to someone who will treat you right.

2 wrongs don't make a right.

The other person has shown that they can't necessarily be trusted. Do you really want to show that you can't be trusted either? I wouldn't think so.

If you no longer trust the other person and wish to see someone else, then end this so-called relationship first.
