are they like a heat rash that starts around the mouth ,and a fever of 100 or more my daughter had a hig fever all day yesterday of 102.6 and lower to 100.8 and then she broke out in this rash around her mouth ,chin and nose area well we got the fever to break but i noticed today the rash is going up her cheeks now and a friend came over today and said her daughter had chicken pox and they were at my house friday and my daughter came down with this sat and she tells me today sunday so please tell me is this a sign of chicken pox and if so anyone know where i can find a picture of it so i can compare with my baby she is the youngest of 4 children in the house and only 1 has had chicken pox but all have the vaccination thanks to all that may be able to help

shes four and she did say her head ached but like i said it looks like a heat rash and its only on her face

My son just started like with one bite looking thing, then all of the sudden he broke out from head to toe. You can call the doctor's office and just ask, they probably won't let you come in but they can let you know what they think..

yes, this sounds like the pox. All you can do is keep the fever down and keep her from scratching...they get bigger and more over the whole body and they scratch in their sleep, I have scars from them. use the Aveena? spelling.The oatmeal stuff that stops itching and softens scabs. they sell it at pharmacya nd the pharmacist will tell you what to use. Good luck. Probably type in chicken pox picture on yahoo and get pix.

When I had chicken pox I got it from my younger sister when she first got it they looked like little bug bites and at first I just felt like crap like all day then when I got home I had spots on my face that looked just like pimples that kind of thing and I was just like no big deal and my friend came over and was like you got chicken pox and I was like no I dont these are just pimples and I didnt believe her then the next morning when I woke up their were more of them and then we were for sure that I had chicken pox and I had them sooo bad that I was gone from school for like a week, I had to go to the hospital, and had them so bad on my face that you probably couldnt regonize me.... I also had the vaccination when I was younger but still got them horrible..... Early signs differ depending on how severe the outbreak is. In general, for several days before the lesions appear you'll have either severe headache or fever.
