It depends, and is subject to speculation and interpretation. Some people will just post ridiculous items simply to stir a response from others, while others are truly unbalanced mentally and have psychological issues that need to be addressed and handled by a professional before damage is done to the innocent. I believe that it is easier to find these monsters by searching online locations such as "myspace". That place is frightening to me sometimes and, although popular with my peers, seems fundamentally invasive.
If you want to locate sexual predators, or any other convicted type of individual in your area, you may want to consider logging onto www.familywatchdog.us and type in your address and zip code and you will be provided with a map up to 20 miles outside of your home with colored dots where sexual offenders reside. The dots vary in color dependent on severity of the crime committed. By clicking on the dots, you are provided with the individual's picture, name, address, crime committed, etc. I hope that you will find this helpful and I did not burden you with too much information. :)
