this is a difficult question for me, because i don't believe it is up to anyone to tell people what they can and cannot look at, as long as it isn't harming anyone. i am very pro-porn, as long as the models involved are safe and consenting.
no one gets harmed from computer-generated images--that is, no actual children were forced or coerced into behaviors that they are too young to consent to. however, i'm so strongly against sexually-explicit images of children that i can't completely subscribe to this line of reasoning. pedophilia is such a dangerous disease, with such a high level of repeat offenders, that i don't think encouraging them with "fake" images is such a good idea.
on the other hand, i think people should be able to make their own choices about what they look at, and that porn (and violent video games and rock music etc etc) is far too often blamed for people's bad actions.
so i'm conflicted. i guess ultimately i'd say no, i don't think there should be greater controls, but i just can't approve of the artificial images.

No. Even artificial assimilation is wrong. It leads those who are prone to that kind of negative behavior into thinking and following through on their thoughts with their unspeakable actions regarding child porno. You know, parental guidance is the key to children not falling prey to online predators. Watch your kids. Watch your children. There are parental locks that can be put in place so children don't become victims of pedophiles. As far as thinking it is okay to even look at a computer generated kiddie porn pic is in my opinion, grounds to have one's disgusting, sick in the head *** picked up and detained for further questioning. Why would any sane adult want to look at any kind of pics depicting children in any sexual way, real or not? Phuc NO!

There're too many controls now. It's up to the parents of the child to keep the kid off explicit websites.

No, no greater controls. There are PLENTY of tools available to parents. They need to take the time to BE the parent.
NO CHILD PORN, period. Of any kind. Period.
