The only bad thing about Christianity is that they tend to impose their beliefs on the rest of us. I don't care how many Christians there are in the world, Christian leaders and politicians should not force others to behave like Christians!

Personally, I think Christianity is the absolute truth when it comes to religious beliefs. On the other hand, there are some inconsistencies with Christianity that I cannot explain, and I just live with those inconsistencies. For instance, if I'm supposed to give glory to only God, why should I celebrate anyone's birthday since this is a glorification of man? But I do. And, Rousseau's "Social Contract" mentions that I would make the perfect slave since I should care nothing about this world and only about eternity after death. I'm against slavery of course, but I can't reconcile this. What about patriotism? Christianity implies that I shouldn't profess any type of loyalty to my country -- again, only to God -- but I'll be first in line to defend my country should I be called to do so. I'm not sure if that's what you meant by "anything bad about the religion", but I suppose atheists have their own set of inconsistencies to worry about, so I'll stick with what I've got.

organized religions separate and alienate people. Most Christians believe theirs is the only way. I have a problem with ANYONE who says their way is the only way when it boils down to a matter of faith and belief. NO ONE CAN PROVE one way or the other. If you find a faith that is meaningful to you great! if not and that's the way you like it then great! live and let live. Why get your panties in such a twist over a potentially imagined thing? Christianity is based on fear and damnation if you don't follow their rules. it is a social control. Do I believe in "god" yes I do but not the christian god with all of the hypocrisy and BS that is associated with it. Faith IS irrational. Belief is irrational. we know that 2+2=4. true facts cannot be argued with but with the concept of god it is all a matter of interpretation

The religion itself is somewhat tainted. They preach that we should all love one another, yet some, not all, put others down for not believing in God. Some religious denominations also preach not to associate with anyone but their own denomination. It can be like a clique. It seems there are more hypocrites in Christianity than any other religion. If you believe in God, great, but don't be mean to others because they don't believe themselves.

Mostly it's just the stuff between the covers.
Really though, the problem with Christianity, or the pursuance of a Christ like life is great for you, and the ideology is great also. The problem is that Christianity is like Communism. It works great on paper, but when you throw people into the mix...

Christianity as it is presented in the bible is a very good religion. Peace, love, and forgiveness, loving your neighbor as yourself, giving to the poor.

The problem is not with christianity, but with Christians pushing their own doctrine and beliefs on others and judging others.

Christianity is demoralizing to anyone who is not a white, Christian male.
The times change, so does the religion. Women, homosexuals, and people of different races need more power in the church.

I just let them believe in what they want to believe in, even though it has been proven to be false. However, the thing that makes me mad about the religion is how it forbids homosexuality. I'm pretty sure that that bible is the cause for the ban on gay marriage.

All religion is antiquated and destructive and it's dogma is not accepted in any serious aspect of society, such as the judicial system or medical practice or scientific research. It was and is one of the worst aspects of humanity.
