deifinitely for undergraduate, go into a school's pre-med program. When doing so, you really don't have to know what type of medical doctor you wish to specialize in. Then you will search for med schools, in which you can then specifically learn about neurology.

research schools with a good science department, but you also have to make sure they offer pre-med. That is what you have to be enrolled in to become a doctor of any type. A good guidance counsellor at school will help point you in the right direction.

Biology, Chemistry, or Biomedical Engineering.
These are good majors that prepare you to go to Med-school
