I'm sure your the only one that notices it, and your friend will like you now matter which way your hair falls. :-)
But if you want to tame your hair, get some good products and work with it. If you don't know how, spend a few bucks and go see a professional hair person to help show you how to style it.
Good luck.

you may not need a hair straightner. try letting the bangs grow out some. putting weight to them should help to keep them laying down. you also may want to try to texturize them to lighten them up some. also try to style them different, mabey put them on the othet side than your usual side, try a small hair clip and swoop them over if they are long enough for that. you may also want to use product on them. try some finishing creme, or even mousse before you blow dry. sounds like your hair line may have a cowlick. this is something you are born with, you cant change it, but you can sure hide it

use garnier fructis or another name brand "hair putty" a tiny tiny tiny bit in between to fingers use it to direct the bangs that are sticking out in the right direction and then if further help is needed. use a hairdryer to help them stay in place with some hairspray sprayed in between your two fingers to run through the bangs to hold them in place.

I put haispray on the roots of my bangs right where they begin growing out of my head and they stay like i arrange them for the whole day.
