A lot of times it is a sign of depression... some people do not necessarily feel sad... in which case you should consider seeing a doctor and getting treatment. Stress can also make you tired, or if there are other symptoms it could be anything from a thyroid problem to several other illnesses.

Over sleeping will also make you tired. B vitamins are very good for giving you energy.

Is it uncontrollable urge to sleep or simply just feeling sleepy? If it's the former, go see a doctor, but If it's the latter then you might have a case of hypotension (low blood pressure). Low blood pressure in itself isn't a problem, but if it bothers you, you might want to incorporate weigh-lifting into your daily routine because that tends to raise blood pressure. If you feel sleepy, try doing 20 pushups or so and see if that helps.

Are you bored? Do you think you could be depressed? I think you know that you should see a doctor about this.
