Here you go :)
A duvet (pronounced /duːveɪ/, from the French duvet /dyvɛ/ "down") is a type of bedding— a soft flat bag traditionally filled with down or feathers, or a combination of both and used on a bed as a blanket. Duvets originally came out of rural Europe and were made of Eider, a type of duck's down, which is well known for its usefulness as an insulator.
A comforter is a type of bedding — a soft flat bag used on a bed as a type of bed cover. It is filled with either an artificial material (such as polyester batting) or a natural material. A comforter usually doesn't cover the pillows or box spring of the bed. It is basically a luxurious thick, fluffy blanket that people put on their bed to achieve a much higher level of comfort and warmth. A similar type covering made from feathers (often including down) is generally referred to as a duvet.
A quilt is a type of bedding— a bed covering composed of a quilt top, a layer of batting, and a layer of fabric for backing, generally combined using the technique of quilting. Another technique for securing the quilt layers is tying. Tying refers to the technique of using thread, yarn or ribbon to pass through all three layers of the quilt at reqular intervals. These "ties" hold the layers together during use and especially when the quilt is washed. This method is easier and more forgiving if the quilt is made by hand. Tied quilts are called, depending on the regional area, "hap", "comfort" or "comforter", among other names. Many quilts are made with decorative designs; indeed, some quilts are not used as bed covering at all, but are rather made to be hung on a wall or otherwise displayed.
A blanket is a type of bedding, generally a large, rectangular piece of cloth, intended to keep the user warm, especially while they sleep. Blankets are distinguished from sheets by their thickness and purpose; the thickest sheet is still thinner than the lightest blanket, because blankets are for warmth, while sheets are for hygiene, comfort and aesthetics. Blankets are subdivided into many types, including quilts, duvets, and comforters, depending on their thickness, construction and/or fill material. Electric blankets are heated by electricity. Blankets were traditionally made of wool, while sheets were made of cotton which is less irritating to the skin. These days, artificial fibers are frequently used for both.

"These all categories is the same and they all provide the warm from the coldness. These all categories are depended over to their quality and their price. From Springwel you will purchase the all types of blanket with their mattress and its pillow with beautiful cover. There are few difference between duvet, comforter, quilt & blanket which can be helpful when you will buy this.
A blanket is a combination of 1 or 2 pieces of fabric while a quilt has many different fabrics.
a quilt is a thick embroidered blanket/comforter, usually in a checkered pattern with raised designs.
a comforter is a thick blanket. And sometimes decorated and colored. but it is not embroidered like a quilt. Many comforters are not decorated and usually people buy one of these. While a comforter is used only as a blanket to keep one warm,And a duvet is also used as bedding. It is a single piece that serves as both bedding and blanket. Whereas a duvet is soft and fluffy. And the quilts filling is dense and layered, but it manages to warm well relative to a duvet, and far better than an ordinary blanket.

I wanted a nice down comforter for a while and decided to scoop one up before this years winter, where my loft gets cold when the temp drops to negative 40(interior Alaska). After reading some of the reviews about a wide variety of real down comforters, I noticed that all seemed to complain about leaking feathers and whatnot so i decided maybe an alternative might be the ticket.
when i saw the symphony of good reviews on this product and its great price + super saver shipping i ordered it. Shopping around town for a duvet cover I came across a down alternative blanket which felt nothing like the real down blanket next to it. I was bummed and wondered why i had order a down alternative so halfheartedly and questioned what i would do with it when i came; if I'd even open the box. When i did come i checked it out and was stoked at how DOWN-LIKE THIS DUVET INSERT REALLY FEELS. I'm not a connoisseur or anything, but I could barley tell the difference. Unlike the other down alternatives i had come across.
It's warm, not ridiculously thick but thick, and comes out of the spaciously packed box already fluffy.

A Comforter is smaller than a Quilt or blanket and usually stuffed with feathers. A Duvet is a cover for a comforter. Quilts are/were made from "left over"fabric. That was pieced together. I think you know what a blanket is.
