Yes.
Most college do look for a high school degree, GED, SAT/ACT scores, an essay, a reference, stuff like that. But there are ways to bypass that.
A good trick is to take community or public college courses during the summer. You can get in through summer school, college of genera studies. Do well with that and build on that.
You can also take your SATs/ACTs early too. Mention anything else that will demonstrate you are ready. That helps.
I was able to get into one before finishing high school. Its very possible. Just need to be presistant and resourceful. Anyways, happy learning.

Some do. I remember (believe it or not) when I was in middle school, this one kid had a very high level of intelligence. He was skipped right past high school, and went to college. Problem is, no one seems to have ever seen or heard from him again after that. Eerie, but true! Do you think the government used him for some kind of Guinea pig or something? lol

Yes we have that program here. That was a good thing, I had one year finished. I missed my friends but I still went to the prom, homecoming and other events so I did not miss much my last year of high school
