It's in the owners manual .. which you can find on the www.fleet.ford.com website if you don't have one or try this below:
... cycle the key 8 times within 10 seconds making sure you leave it in the on position on the 8th time.. the doors will lock then unlock .. push the remote button... It will lock then unlock to signal it has programmed.. either push more remote (up to 4) or turn the key off.. the vehicle will lock then unlock again to show you are out of program mode.

If I remember correctly --- you have to enter the original code, then press 5 and enter your own 5 digit code. If that don't work, then you'll need to go to Ford and find out.

It should tell you in your owners manual. If not, drive by your dealer and have them do it.
