You see if you hide your lights under a bushel then you wont be able to light the path. So the dim cristians are the ones who put their lights where they belong but are poverty stricken and cant afford to replace the light bulbs. And then all the athiest nazis come and kick the lights breaking them. :D

Aw, honey, some just have an itty bitty light. They haven't acquired the oil from the Holy Spirit to really blaze. They must be babes, but give them time, they'll catch on!

They might be walking in the flesh. (according to their sinful nature)
That's why those who are still under the control of their sinful nature can never please God. But you are not controlled by your sinful nature. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you. (And remember that those who do not have the Spirit of Christ living in them are not Christians at all.)

Exactly,I wonder the same thing i mean Jesus COMMANDED us to go out and shine our lights but,people act like this optional.

because whenever christians try to share their light people always bash them down and say theyre "forcing" religion upon them and call christians narrow-minded, bible-thumpers, brainwashed, etc. so it gets kind of despairing after awhile
