I think it sounds like one of the proverbs the Great G. W. Bush has been quoting over and over in his speeches!
Personally I believe that justice is not for one human to know or decide, but true Justice comes just from the creator whom I might ad is the one and only. Whether Christian. Muslim,Jew Hindu, and so on, he, she or it, the POWER, LOVE,SPIRIT, what have you is the ONE and ONLY. Always Was and Alway Will Be. The righteous people on this earth with the power doing the judging are mostly political or religiously motivated and are self serving! If you look deep you will see they all live very high life styles, wanting for not their lifestyle depends on their political or religious backing and they will do nothing to jeopardize their rich lives.....oh the evildoers will get theirs in the end for Justice will ring true and the meek will inherit the earth. . Therefore justice righteous evildoers in today's day and age are quite often the power behind the terror as they have taken the power from the people so the people are the pawns!

It is interesting, and right. But I am not sure the context that it was stated in, or how you are wanting to apply it. The righteous should feel wonderful when an evildoer is punished. This is actually a natural occurrence. Just like the evildoers feel wonderful when they harm someone else in some way, form, or fashion.

The bible is nothing but crap. Live and let live. Don't turn the other cheek go for the jugular. I have an entire book with those comments and it was published. Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean that people aren't out to get you. I have my husband and one friend. My heart has been thrown into a blender by family and friends. I have like one hundred knives sticking out of my back. When I tell people I have five pets they look at me like I have five heads. I tell them this. "People are not capable of giving unconditional love, but pets are. That usually shuts them up. I am 39 and the Catholic religion literally destroyed my life.

Depends who they are calling "righteous" and "evil". Don't you think those engaged in a terroristic Jihad against us would call themselves "righteous" and us "evil"? I don't necessarily count "righteous" as a positive trait, either, as Jesse Jackson comes to mind. So of your quote, it's all about perspective. And that's what makes the bible such good reading to so many people - you can twist almost anything any way you want to in order to prove a point.

5For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
6For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
12 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; 13 bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. 14 But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. 15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. 17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
Rev 20
8But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Just letting you know what God thinks of his scripture.

I have never thought about that one. Although lately I heard someone high up in government say that "evildoers" word.

when say, the police are cracking down on crime, the criminals hide and are full of fear. but the ones that do right have nothing to fear and are content, maybe even happy that justice is being served.
