pleazse tell me no! Im a christian, and I have a current ubsession with the namr Ian, so please tell me ian isnt a jewish name

I think it is Scottish. However some Jews may be named Ian to hide their Jewishness. Jews often change names so as to blend in.

No, it is Scottish for John. John, however, is a Hebrew or Jewish name derived from the Bible, so you could argue that it is in a way Jewish.
