I haven't eaten, worn, washed, or used anything new. I had body aches yesterday and the day before. Last week I was treated with Bactrim for a UTI but I finished the medication two days ago. The rash does not itch or feel bumpy.

Rashes are hard to diagnose for many doctors even when we DO have it there in front of us for us to look at.
Possiblities include:
viral exanthem (rash from a virus)
drug related rash
these are the two most common in the situation you describe
then there are:
allergies (something you ate, something in your environment)
autoimmune disorders
other infections (meningococcus)
infestations
If it is bothering you a lot, go see a doctor.

you may have lyme desise and not all lyme rashes look a like so id see your doctor quickly so he can put u on a round of antibiotics. if you dont u will feel very very sick

should be the toxic produced by the food u eaten,u should take some de-toxic medicine to clear ur body...
