Yes! And as a matter of fact I do! We're watching football and I just made chicken wings!

1 cup butter/margarine
1/3 cup Louisiana Wing Sauce
1 packet Good Seasonings Italian dressing powder

Fry your wings or drummies, heat the oven to 375F. Whisk the ingredients over med. heat until melted and combined. Dip the wings or drummies in the sauce and put on a sheet pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Drizzle the leftover sauce over them.

We're eating them right now!

Usually when you go out to a bar for hot wings, Buffalo sauce is nothing more than Tabasco sauce with some butter added. You might want to research the origin of Buffalo sauce, which originated in Buffalo, New York...I have a good recipe....here is my version..This stuff is called Sriracha hot chili sauce. It's made by Huy Fong Foods Inc. Rosemead, CA 626-286-8328. Anyhow I think I bought it at a retail outlet that sold food from Thailand. This stuff tastes like Tabasco but has a woody or smokey taste, and it is thick, like the consistency of tooth paste. I use 2 tablespoons of Sriracha, a third of a stick of butter, a teaspoon of onion powder, a teaspoon of garlic powder, a teaspoon of white pepper, a teaspoon of hickory smoked salt (McCormick makes it), and then add tomato paste, water, and molasses, in no necessary order or ratio...in other words, experiment, "to taste" or your own specifications...

My advice is to go on Amazon.co and buy a bottle of "Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce" when you receive the bottle mix 4 Tblsp of melted butter with 1/2 cup of "Frank's" and you have yourself one AWESOME buffalo sauce! I am pregnant and I am currently living off of this stuff!! I am even tempted to pour it on my ice cream!! Enjoy! I am sure you can probably find "Frank's" at a local grocery store too, but I know for sure that Amazon.com has it.
