Raffles is pretty cute Raffy for short perhaps, sort of similar in sound to waffles!

Depending on the age of the dog, you could still change it. Our dog used to be called "Kisses". We got her at 8 weeks, and changed it to "Fiona", and it took a few days, but she got it down.

How about Raffles..the most famous Arabian horse of all times..so its gotta be a good name! the change wouldn't confuse him either..
