One or more nerves are impinged. It would not surprise me for a moment that a chiropractor could clear that out for you in no more than just two visits, maximum. Or you can take the more drawn-out approach and see a neurologist which would cost you the farm and might not work. If I have been on a long bicycle ride, sometimes a leg will cramp or act strange and sometimes even exhibit the same symptoms you have expressed, and it is a result of muscle fatigue from a long (22.4 miles) ride. It passes over night and that's that (for me). But in your case, you would just feel so much more at ease if you had someone qualified to look at it so you would know where you're at with it. I am just a layman (no special medical training), but what I am feeling is nerve impingement. Please be at peace, and this is sent to you with good energies from Chris in South Portland, Maine, U.S.A. (I am 63 years old, and I would have my regular doctor take a look at it and tell him what you just told us. Combine this with your next annual check-up, perhaps?)

Maybe it is an alien growing inside you and one of these days it will burst out of your chest. Might not happen but you never know...
I wouldn't worry about it too much. AEN
