she is the same age as me (13) and shes liked me for a while and she hasn't ever talked to me. I would go out with her but i think she should ask me if she is really intersted. I try to talk to her but she makes up an excuse and runs off I also hang around her and her friends to show I'm interested. We have alot in common and I wish she would ask me out.

If she hasn't talk to you in a while it means she's shy. 13 is a great age to start dating, it's always soo much fun. Well in general I hate it when girls ask out guys, you make the first move. (Make sure you do that in person.) Also, if you guys start dating and she never talks to you, make her feel more comfortable around you and what not. Try talking to her often then she'll just be used to it, and make sure when you talk to her she doesn't respond with 1 or 2 word skimpy answers, make a real conversation.

If you're wishing for her to ask you out, and she's wishing for you to ask her, it'll never get done, will it? And the "running off" is just her being a 13-year-old girl. If you both like each other, she's probably expecting you as the guy to say something to her. Better do it before she finds someone else! :-)

ok dude the only way that she go out with you is to ask her out, because if you keep chilling with her friends she probbably going to think that you like one of them, some girls are weird because the dont go out with a boy unless they as them out, So go for it and ask her out, if you like her and if you know that she likes you
