Etiquette is not an issue here. For him, or anyone, to call you that is a blatant deplorable disregard of you as a person. After looking at your other postings concerning this "boyfriend" he is nothing more than a mean drunken controlling abusive pig. For some unfathomable reason you got yourself believing that you love this low life sot. Unless you have a death wish or like this sort of sadistic treatment you need to get far far away from him. The sooner the better and don't look back. He is self-destructive. All he wants to do is kill himself and will have no qualms about taking you down with him.

Etiquette has nothing to do with it. It's called respect for you. Your boyfriend has none or those words would not come off his lips. You need to not except this behavior from him or it's just going to get worse. He will never respect you if you continue to let him talk to you in that manor.

No it's not but the rest of the question would be...what did you call him? These things are not often just one sided. If you want respect then you have to start demanding it. A vocabulary bereft of swear words and vulgaritys will often help. Good luck.

Precisely, what does it mean? There could be worse names, shows that your boyfriend lacks imagination. He could have called you like a Bond character, like P-ssy Galore or something, would that be proper etiquette?

It is a rude, downgrading, nasty thing to call you. I would break up with him as he shows no Respect for you. Get rid of him as there are many fish in the ocean. I would not tolerate that.
You Poor Thing.

Depends on whether:
A) It was in public
and
B) The context/leadup.
Also if you're getting him that riled up maybe you two aren't meant for each other.
