Please tell me where I can find where it says that their whole purpose for their god is to catch us and kill us...Jews and christians and the more they kill, the more they are rewarded. Quen? Why do people still think then that their are good muslims and that those are not lieing to us? My dads dr. is mohammed belief and he said he was a good man...well dr. couldn't he be separting his beleifs from his work ? No Islam is as peace loving as any religion, but the problem is that some factions have chosen to misinterpret the Koran and twist it to suit their purpose,but Christians do the same and so do Jews. Its a Human failing that has caused more death torture and hatred than you would expect for Religions based on Peace as a format for the belief. We must not forget The Spanish inquisition, the Mediieval inquisition,and these were started by the early Catholic Churches and millions of people were totured and burnt at the stake for not conforming to "the Church" hardly peacefull.

It doesn't really. Just because you've been told something does not mean it's the truth. You should check it out for yourself. Of course, right now, it's being spread around that all Muslims are evil. They aren't.
You need to look at Chrisianity as well. They are killing as many Muslims, and are lying about stuff as well. It's not just the Islamic people doing it.

Tonya, have you ever read the Quran, or just the little quotes the media likes to feed you? Hate sells, you know. I recommend before your next tirade, you study up a bit.
And its a rare Muslim who seperates his work from his beliefs, unless he's just a "cultural Muslim" and doesnt really believe anyway. Islam is not just a once a week service, its a way of life.

You may have never read Quran or any Islamic text from ITS ORIGINAL SOURCE, not just amputated quotations (like the ones Ejemjay J is giving. This guy is going around the Yahoo Answers all day copying and pasting his hateful comments and qutations, be careful from him). Again, I do not deny that there are some within us who are idiots and they also read the Quran in the same way of amputating its verses from its contest and say we will act on it. But the solution is not to let the idiots from our side and the fanatics (like Ejemjay J) from your side to take us into an endless hate and fight.

No, the religion is based on peace sharing common roots with the Christian religion.
However religion is a very popular cop out. One can interpit religion any way they want. So for some it makes a great excuse to do terrible things.
