I've explored quite a few religious paths that aren't my own, including Judaism, Hinduism, Wicca, Asatru, ceremonial magick, Buddhism, Eckankar, Rosicrucianism, Swedenborgianism and many, many other paths. I attend many different types of religious services. I feel that life would be dreadfully dull if I were confined to one belief system, with no experimentation.

What I would really like are the "teaching manuals" that the priests, rabbis, etc. use because they don't just use the everyday man's Bible or Koran. They have knowledge that is not made public, but kept for the inner circles. That is what I want to explore along with the books of the Bible that were excluded by the Jews and Catholics when they put the book together.

I study many religions, a am currently looking into Vodun and Voodoo simply because there are many more misconceptions about this religion than there are about any other (in my opinion)
and i would like to know more about it because then when asked i can speak in an intellegent manner ab out it.

NEW AGE SPIRITUALITY


Its people taking conscious responsibility for their own lives,
not blaming others for their problems.
It’s people who deliberately decide to learn and grow.
It’s people that don’t have to be right except for themselves.
Its people seeing problems as lesson, perhaps in a long series of lives and lessons.
Its people who believe we are what we think we are, and can change ourselves by changing our thinking.
Its people that feel they can change the world by changing themselves, not trying to change others.
Its people who search for strength from the universe by going inside themselves.
It’s people that recognize love doesn’t have to have conditions attached.
Its people loving and knowing themselves in order to better know and love others.
Its people who see others as not better than, not less than, but rather different than themselves yet part of a collective consciousness.
Its people that choose their own path rather than follow dogma.
It’s people honoring your own path and not theirs.
Its people who realize that now is all we have, since yesterday is just a thought and so is tomorrow.
Its people interested in owning themselves rather than things.
Its people who see joy in life rather than pain, having experienced pain already.
Its people curious about extra sensory perceptions and all it implies.
Its people in all walks of life, from Business people, Flower Essence Healers, Psychologists, to UFO Investigators.
New Age is not a new religion with a hierarchy of priests and rituals, seeking converts, though new agers may choose their own rituals.
New Age is not gloom and doomers, though many are concerned with ecology, economy and other forces that affect the planet.
New Age is not a movement based on guilt, anger, fear or hurt; it is a journey toward the love of God.
New Age is not allegiance to one master: but learning from many masters in the quest for oneness with God.
New Age could not become a cult because of what is said above.
New Age is not just humans doing, it is humans being.

Buddhism and Satanism. Buddhism because of its oneness and Satanism as it accepts humans as mere animals.

Wicca.
I haven't been exposed to it much,but from what I ve seen ,its a pretty cool religion.
(I m a *gasp* christian)
