why is there alcohol intolerence in lyme disease?

I went to a Lymes Disease site and found a forum where somebody had asked about drinking and Lymes. Basically, alcohol attacks your immune system, which you need to fight off your illness. But, there were numerous answers. Click on the site I have named... and good luck!
