The healthiest diets are all extremely cheap, just takes a little time for preparation. Awarding youself with a little of your most favorite junk food once in a while could help us stick to a diet not necessarily most tasty but certainly a healthy one. Feeling of deprivation is one of the most common reason for failing a diet.

When you eat out, just avoid the cheese, heavy gravy, creamy soup, any thing that's deep fried. Fresh vegetables and fruit are the best, egg white is purest form of protein, all these are all very affordable.

Fruits and veggies..take out the carbs and eat less meat. My dad did it and lost about 40 pounds! That was with little working out...Add in lots of water and milk. Cut out most sweets and ALL pop. Try to cut down on coffee. Try to work out at least 3 times a week for about 20 minutes at least each. Keep a little planner in your purse (they have really small ones!) and just stick to your plan. Choose a reward at the end of each month for yourself if you complete your goals...something like that new sweater you wanted or maybe even a treadmill for your basement...I think this is a really good plan to stick with because carbs really do add on weight that is unneeded. Oh and also try to keep your portions smaller than normal. Eat slower because when you do that, your body will fill up faster and you will be less hungry. If you feel yourself getting hungry and you really don't want to eat drink some water...seriously it helps alot! hmm..I think that's all.

Weight Watchers plan its easy and you dont have to buy alot of special things.

have an apple 30 minutes before each meal. u will not feel so hungry and find you feel satisfied longer.

dont buy so much junk food eat healty and eat less and run run run!!!
