Hot Apple Pie #2
1/2 shot Bailey's Irish cream
1/2 shot Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps
1 dash cinnamon
Fill a shot glass half full with the bailey's irish cream and the rest of the way with the goldschlager. Mix with a toothpick. Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on the top and light it with a match (it may take a couple of tries to get it to stay lit). Let it burn for a few seconds and gently blow out the flame being careful not to splash the drink out of the glass. Then, drink!

A long island ice tea uses the big four...vodka, gin, rum, and tequila. 1 oz each I believe. All you need is to add some coke. Some places with put of 1/2 oz of 151 on the top, but you can use anything to give it some extra kick.

Personally, I'd stay away from goldschlager and peppermint schnapps. Unless your only goal is too get blasted. If that's the case, enjoy!

When you've got tequila and Triple Sec, all you need is some lemon (or lime) juice and a bit of salt. Forget the rest of your list!
