I'd aim to be around 130lb and also have your body fat percentage checked. Quick and simple methods to lose weight are to reduce overall calorie intake to between 1,200 and 1,500. Do not go lower than 1,200 because you will just lose muscle mass. Aim to lose no more than 2lb per week.
Eat lots of good proteins including poultry, oily fish, eggs, baked beans, lean ham, low fat mince. Only eat low GI carbs, such as wholemeal foods (cereals, brown bread, brown pasta) and plenty of fresh furits and vegetables (keep bananas and potatoes in moderation). You can allow yourself treats, but try to keep them low fat and low in salt/sugar. Also dairy is fine as long as it is low fat. Also drink at least 4-8 glasses of water per day and drinking green tea can help speed up metabolism.
As for exercise, I see you already go to the gym. Doing plenty of cardio is great for fat burning, but to build muscle and increase metabolism, you would want to start weight training. If you don't do this already, I'd suggest having a one to one session with a personal trainer to get you started. HTH : )

Push yourself harder at the gym. Sometimes people just do the same workout and think "well I ran three miles today, that is enough"... but if you are so used to running it, then it's not longer a challenge, no longer getting your heart rate up. So... whatever you are doing at the gym, step it up a notch, push past your comfort zone and do that every month or so. Start toning parts of your body that aren't toned with weights.
For the lower half walk a lot of stairs or go hiking. I hear rollerblading is good too.
If you drink soda (regular or diet) cut it out of your diet. Only drink water, unsweetened teas, black coffee (preferably decaf), lowfat milk, and a small portion of orange juice somtimes.
Good luck! Stick with the goal, take your time.

Continue with the gym, and continue with the healthy eating. Although, if you don't consider yourself fat, then be healthy but don't strive to lose pounds!

i imagine modeling is a cruel market, they favor females that are like one hundred lbs or some thing and tall; particularly a lot sticks. in case you want to sort then bypass for it. possibly you could employ a photographer or have a pal who's good at taking photos and sort for them for a portfolio. teach the international that you do not favor to be a ******* stick with sort!
