I doubt its love. its most likely lust. its OK to be attracted to your manager but you should keep it quiet. If things were to progress slowly and you two were to hit it off down the road, you wont have to tell them you're in love. it would progress naturally.

tell ur manager outside of the work environment say wanna grab some lunch/dinner? and just start a casul relationship with that person and then tell them ur feelings
