Also you missed something, Jesus knew the scriptures very well and never tried to contradict his teachings, so with that said here is a scripture that Jesus himself was very familiar with...

Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10 says: " For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten...All that your hand finds to do, do with your very power, for there is no work no devising no knwoledge nor wisdom in sheol [Hell; the grave] the place to which you are going."

Interesting point I want you to know, remember when Jesus resureccted Lazarus from the dead....Did Lazarus wake up horrorfied, maybe because he visited a terrible place like HELL, or did he get up smiling and rejoicing and telling people about a wonderful place that is very bright and cloudy?

Well the answer is neither, he just woke up matter of fact, Jesus described death as sleeping! So if there is life after death, then those who have died and were resureccted by Jesus, would have told about it and it would have been written down in the scriptures....

You sound like a man who has passion for the Lord and his word. There is life after death.....when Jesus returns, not ANY time before. Sorry Rodney but I don't believe in a Hell of ever lasting torment. I'm sure we worship the same God, but I know that my God would not torture people for all eternity just because they refuse to worship him. My God is loving and kind. I do believe that if you choose not to follow God then you will be cast into the lake of fire and that is your second death, never to exist ever again in God's memory. Try reading Jer. 7:31
God Bless

Ignore the Jesus, ignore the Bible. I dont belive in God, though i respect the Christian philosophy. Heaven and Hell dont exist, its all in your mind.

After you die, you see the white colour. You actually see the neurons of your brain burning in white flames. After that , brain produces an anestetic liquid that goes through your organism and make you die without any pains.

After this is finished, your brain looses its bariers and one part of it that is still functioning produces a lucid dream. It is a dream that you can manipulate. As i said, its all in your mind. Christians, for example will have heaven and hell on their mind, because that is what they choose to belive in. Budists will dream of Nirvana (black void). I prefer a dream that i can fully manipulate, though that dream can turn into a nightmare...its worth of a risk. Its like your own world. I say this because i have experienced the lucid dreaming few times, and i can tell you that its the best blessing you can ever recieve.

Thats my theory, and its the only one that makes sence to me.

Everything is infinite, even oure lives. Yet, everything that has a begining has an ending. Maybe even the dream does...but...what happens after the dream ? We wake up to find out that life is an illusion ? I'll let you know if I find out...

There is no life after death. One of the Greeks' Gods (the Death) had Sleep as her brother... So interconnected are Death and Sleep, so close one to other. Also, some have defined Sleep as "a little Death". So think of Death as just a prolonged, blackened though peaceful rest.

"God said"? No, somebody said God said. Why do you believe them? Lots of other people say God said something else.

Personally, I've never heard God speak except in the depths of my conscience. And that never told me anything about unquenchable fire and worms. It told me that I have to love people here and now.
