Have you tried self-talk and breathing techniques? I admit, I don't know how well they work, but supposedly they do. Is there a reason you are no longer on the meds? If you really need them, keep taking them. After all, you wouldn't be expected to suffer with a constant migraine -- why would you be expected to function with extreme anxiety?

This was posted 7 years ago so your about 21-22 now. The laws have obviously changed since then and I'm turning 15 in a few months and a few of my friends have jobs but I don't know how I go about getting a job today. I would really appreciate if someone could give an up to date list of jobs and how to get a job create a CV etc. Thanks in advance to anyone whose kind enough to help :)

Just don't think about it...go in do your job and don't think about anything else. The number one reason people have panic attacks is because they think about it and anticipate it, so it happens. Just tell yourself that you can do this, and there's nothing wrong with you. Repeat that to yourself whenever you feel anxious and it will pass....remember, keep your mind busy.

As lame and cliche as this is about to sound, just breathe. Pray for strength and poise to get through this, you can. Just believe in yourself!
