but both times they have made some bad paint decisions. I dont know who they are but its the black dude and his crew. Last time they painted a nice brick house ALL white outside and it looked like a project house. This time he buys another brick house and says that brick is the best thing you can put on the outside of a house (then why the hell did he paint over it last time?). Anyways, they take this big nice house and paint ALL the trim inside BLACK (doors, molding, waynes coating, everything). Why? And now they are having issues with people not liking it.

I guess this isnt really a question but does anyone else agree that you dont really make choiced like this for a house you mean to get rid of quickly? Dont waste time and money with bold colors on the walls and trying to be unique. Stay neutral so people can picture what they can do with it.

Yeah, when this new season started and TradeMark was no more I was disappointed. I liked those people and the decisions they made. I agree that the Montalagos were trying to be too cool or something.

I haven’t seen the ones with Leccima/Martin group. But I did see the ones with the Montelongo. The original started out with Trademark Properties, and those were the best. The Montelongos seemed too vain for me. The show wasn’t so much about the property as it was about them. That turned me off to it, which is probably why I haven’t seen the next group. The first guys knew how to fix the house up to please everyone. These others want to fix it up to their taste which as you said, doesn’t go with other people’s tastes.. When we just bought our house, we had to go online because we didn’t have the time to fly across country to see it. When we got here, we had to paint all of the walls cuse of the awful colors (I hate red walls, takes tons of primer to get rid of it). Had I seen the house before, I would not have bought it, just for that reason (there is a lot of other things, but that would have been the first turn off). One person’s style is not going to be another’s which is the main theme in Designed to Sell. You make a very valid point.

I disagree approximately it been as sturdy through fact the strolling lifeless yet does not assume it to be as its a plenty decrease budgeted manufacturing and much less nicely in call for and skilled actors. besides the undeniable fact that i actual enjoyed in the flesh took a diverse part to the traditional zombie movies and software's. i believe that the solid are totally at the back of making a clean sequence after gazing the creater and author "Dominic Mitchell" in an interview explaining in responded questions from the 1st sequence, it somewhat is as he refers to 3 on the content textile as "season a million" which tricks there are plans for a 2d. if so i might presume and might ope it would incorporate: extra counsel or revealing or viewing of the undead prophet in guy or woman/zombie, ow Kieran copes now, how ricks mum copes now, the prophets communist camp, the place is Amy?, what's the reason technological know-how or faith, and in line with probability the 2d rebellion and how Kieran might sense approximately that been wrongly inflicting Ricky's dad, and actual, is ricks dad even lifeless it in basic terms confirmed one grave on the top, and the airborne dirt and dirt strikes in the ultimate credit. besides the undeniable fact that bbc do have the habit of reducing sequence short. i understand bbc try difficult to shrink into drama's, yet are finding it difficult through low visitors. yet it somewhat is in all probability through fact people understand approximately there popularity and don't want to be held intense was hoping for a season 2, so for this reason won't believe any new bbc drama's, purely like the fades, became into in basic terms drawn to " in the flesh" basically through fact of its zombie sort.

I like the show, but I agree - they make some interesting choices as far as paint is concerned.
