did you drink the WHOLE bottle?
If so, def drink plenty of water, but I'm sure you'll be fine even if you don't drink any water.

Alcohol is metabolized by the liver, not the kidneys, so it can only be detected while it is in your system by a blood or breath (which is a proxy for a blood test as it measures the alcohol in your breath that comes from the capillaries in your lungs) test. Your liver clears one drink per hour, defined as 12 oz. of beer, 1.5 oz. of 80 proof liquor, or 5 oz. wine, so the alcohol in a bottle of wine is out of your system in about 5 hours or so--depending on how long it took you to drink the wine.
There is however, a new test that detects a metabolite of alcohol in the urine within 3 days of alcohol consumption. There was an article about it in the Wall Street 2-3 weeks ago. It's mostly being used for people that are on some kind of strict legal restriction on drinking, like health care professionals who are being treated for alcoholism. It's super senstive, like inhaling the alcohol in the air while using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, or using a mouthwash with alcohol in it, will leave the metabolites, although not in the concentration that would be present if a drink had been consumed.
